Paragraphs Filter

The paragraphs filter helps prevent spam by controlling message length and the number of newlines in messages. This is particularly useful for preventing "walls of text" and excessive line breaks that can disrupt chat flow.

Settings

Enabled

Toggle to enable or disable the paragraphs filter.

Notify Chat

When enabled, the bot will send a message to chat when a message is caught by the filter.

Maximum Length

The maximum number of characters allowed in a single message. Messages longer than this will trigger the filter.

Maximum Newlines

The maximum number of newline characters (line breaks) allowed in a single message. Messages with more line breaks than this will trigger the filter.

Action

Choose what happens when a message is caught by the filter:

• Delete: The message will be deleted
• Timeout: The user will be timed out
• Ban: The user will be banned

Excluded Groups

Select which user groups are exempt from the filter:

• Moderators: Your channel moderators
• Subscribers: Users subscribed to your channel
• Creators: Other creators on the platform
• Chatters: Regular chatters in your channel
